Unique stay in the Hammock filled with local art

*NEWLY RENOVATED* Come hang in the shade in one of the last pieces of 'Old Florida' in the Hammock! Our tree lined neighborhood is perfect for a quiet get away that is close to the beach and walking distance to the river. Two bikes avaibable as well :)

We are minutes away from many different beach access, and 2 miles from Bings (boat ramp) and Malacompra bike trails. St. Augustine is 25 minutes away, Daytona is 30 minutes, Orlando 1.5 hours away.

Walking distance to Publix and a handful of restaurants.

The space
A studio with a partial wall that creates a secluded bedroom with a queen sized bed. Comfy sectional couch with a 40" smart RokuTV. Full kitchen equipped with basic essentials. Coffee bar with complimentary coffee grounds, tea, sugar and creamer. Large refrigerator and four burner stove with an oven. We have a large walk-in shower with a sunroof, that almost makes you feel like you're showering outside!

We have art from various local artists that is available to purchase. If you see something, and you love it, you can take it home!
Other things to note
*Pets are allowed with a $50 cleaning fee.
* if you would like to bring your own linens (sheets and blankets for queen bed and towels) I will deduct $20 from your cleaning fee.
*Stays longer than two weeks will require a weekly cleaning (sheet change, towel swap, vacuum, mop) and will be charged $30 per cleaning.

*No stays longer than 30 days total. If you stay for 30 days, you will be required to check out after 15 days and then recheck back in.
