THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs or bands are allowed at any time.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (14) at any time. Guests must select the correct number of people staying when making the reservation.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.

Pets: NO pets allowed.

Pool: This is an outdoor, uncovered pool, so some debris may naturally accumulate between service visits. It is not heated.

Guest Verification: After booking you will be asked to complete a guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations.
