THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (5) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles & no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.

Pets: No Pets Allowed

Space: This listing includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The original primary suite is not included with the rental, is not accessible to guests, and will remain locked throughout your stay.
