The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s delight, with everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast before heading to the shore or to savor a home-cooked dinner filled with the aroma of fresh ingredients. In the evenings, gather around the pool table, where the soft clack of billiard balls sets the stage for laughter, friendly competition, and family game nights that linger into the night.



At Birch Haven Retreat, we know dogs are part of the family. Your pup will love curling up at your feet after a day of beach walks, tail wagging as you relax together in the cozy living space. This property accommodates two housebroken dogs (under 35 pounds) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Approval is required for pets exceeding this limit.

IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8-10) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can receive an exemption, but management must be notified for approval.
