THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.

Courtyard views are provided; however, the courtyard and any events or music are not managed by us and may occur intermittently.

Please be aware that if the elevator is out of service during your stay, guests will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the unit.
