Outdoor space had a nice setup with lots of pool toys and places to relax in the sun. The grill was clean and was under an awning so we could use it even though it rained. Quiet neighborhood and close to a grocery store made this a great location! »

The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours.
