« While the hotel's public amenities were fantastic, our actual room fell incredibly short, and management's hands-off policy left us completely stranded. We booked a room for five people but were only given three chairs, and the room's dishwasher was completely broken for our entire stay. « The property as a whole was very nice. The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs. The condo was very roomy. The beds and definitely the pillows need an upgrade. The condo was fairly clean, not great. You can tell they hurry through the cleaning process. The...
