« The hotel itself is nice and a great place to vacation. However the front desk staff are quite useless. Any time we had an issue or question, they didn’t help us properly. Additionally the room we were given was outdated and it could have been cleaned better. There was a mess in the kitchen and the laundry room was stuffed with other items so we couldn’t properly use the machine.
