« Room was clean, looked like new coastal pillows! Easy parking, quiet hallways, friendly staff to check in and out down the road at that office. AC had small issue, was fixed immediately!
The towels need to be bleached or replaced. The out door furniture was not appropriate for a high deck view of the beach. Additional fee to park $25.00 »

« Wonderful place in the center of town. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very clean.
Was close to everything front ports to food. We took a Lyft to each place and Lyft in Galveston was extremely reasonable.

« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« The property is initially nice but once you actually get your room, the room maintenance was something to be desired and the bed was made backwards where the comforter was on first and then the sheet was on top. There were no towels in the room and they were hesitant to give a full standard towel compliment. Tge breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast. I don’t count a waffle as a hot breakfast. Coffee was limited. There was no tea.
