➤ Indoor furniture must remain indoors
➤ No events or gatherings permitted
➤ Visitors must be pre-approved
➤ No pets permitted
• Unauthorized pets: $500 fee
• Hypoallergenic dogs are taken into consideration, but MUST BE APPROVED to avoid an additional fee.

➤ Exterior security cameras only - guest must not tamper with cameras.

House Rules

➤Failure to follow any house rule may result in additional fees, charges for damages or extra cleaning, and/or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

➤No Pets:
This is a pet-free home. If a pet is brought onto the property without prior approval, a minimum $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Small, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with advanced permission.

If you are traveling with a service animal, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we are not surprised when we see them on the exterior cameras. This is simply for awareness and preparation, not approval.

➤No Parties:
Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted at this property. Any visitors must be pre-approved by the host in advance. All plans involving additional guests or gatherings must be communicated and approved prior to arrival.

Unauthorized visitors or events are considered a violation of house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with our insurance and safety requirements.

Decorations that may cause damage are not permitted, including tape on walls, glitter, confetti, or similar materials.

Violations of house rules, including unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or prohibited decorations, may result in additional fees, charges for damages or extra cleaning, and/or termination of the reservation without refund.

➤No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or garage. If smoking outside, please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of all cigarette butts and ashes in an ashtray.

➤No Feeding Wildlife: Beautiful birds often visit The Golden Hour, but feeding wildlife is prohibited under Florida law.

➤Pool Rules:
Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Do not jump from the main roof or the kitchen roof. No running around the pool area. Do not leave food or trash in the pool. Please drink responsibly around the pool.

The pool is heated to 80°F from November 1 through March 1 only.

Please rinse off beach sand before entering the home. A hose is located by the side entrance.

➤Other Rules:
- Keep property locked at all times.
- No shoes on all area rugs.
- No eating or dark liquids in bedrooms.
