Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Palm Beach in a quiet, quality environment.

Pickup - Trucks are not permitted in the Community Overnight

Completely renovated in the summer of 2023, this residence features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the residence.

GOLF CLUB AND RESORT AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE.

The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the condo. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, I need to register it and you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

The condo is maintained so nicely and it’s very clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed for a week stay and it’s conveniently located to golf, walking trails, the WPB airport, shopping and restaurants. Host was super responsive when we had had any questions. Well equipped, super comfortable beds and nicely appointed bathrooms. No complaints!!!

No complaints whatsoever. Unit exactly as pictured. Clean clean clean. Everything new. Beds very comfortable. Spacious. Quiet. We truly lacked for nothing. The weather was lousy for 5 straight days so we spent ALOT of time indoors and we were happy to have such wonderful accommodations.

My wife and I spent 6 weeks in this unit while my she had eye surgery and recovery. We found the unit to be as described. It was clean and well furnished. The unit is well located with respect to restaurants of all price ranges and shopping within 15 to 20 minutes. We liked the unit and wanted to rent it for our next trip however, it was not available.

I could not have chosen a better place to stay in PBG! The condo was pristine clean. The minimal contemporary furnishing were perfect and lovely. The bed and linens were so comfortable. It was just so calming. The wrap around views were lovely. I loved walking on the paths down the road in the mornings. Only about a 10 minute scenic drive to PGA Blvd. where you can go anywhere. If you're looking for a place to stay in NPB or PBG, look no further. Don't waste your $$ at a hotel. I hated to leave. I'm definitely coming back!!!

Beautifully renovated unit

The location is great - easy to get to - parking right outside the door and the pool across the street. The condo is beautiful - end unit, brand new, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, beds are super comfortable, TV's easy to use and the outside porch has a table to sit out and enjoy the private view. This is a wonderful place to stay.

This property is located within a security estate so we felt safe. The location is very central and shopping, restaurants is all within a few minutes drive. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great property. Beautifully appointed. Love the screened in porch and the coffee maker which brews coffee instead of a Keurig. The washer and dryer was a great. Sheets were good and the beds were very comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. From the shiny white stone floors, to the comfortable furniture and beds we felt very much at home. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were super clean. The place was sunny and bright. We would love to come back here and call it home again.

Nice property manager, property needs update

Everything was good except for the cleanliness of the unit. It smelled like mold or mildew and you can tell it needed a deep clean. The baseboards had cobwebs and significant amounts of dust. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly.
