Come discover this delightful pool and hot tub retreat located near everything you need, right next to West Melbourne. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and organized to provide a sense of space, order and peace; a place to rest and recharge. Also, a space to connect with family and friends as you enjoy a game of pool or swim in the enclosed backyard pool which also offers a hot tub, dining table, and lounging chairs. All linens and towels are white. They are washed with hot water and bleach after each stay.
This home has a grassy side yard with trees and plants.
The Hammock Landings outdoor shopping center with several restaurants, including Longhorn Steak House, is located a mere 5 minutes away; so is Walmart and Target. The interstate I95, which connects you to the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando and all that central Florida has to offer, is 5 minutes away as well! The beach is about 25 minutes from this property.
No events or parties are allowed. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood.
