« Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! »

« Nicely furnished- Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. You have to be comfortable with traversing stairs, as 3 floor townhouse with living area on 2nd floor along with a half bath and 2 very nice ensuite king BR’s on the 3rd level. There is 1 queen bed on street level entry with no bath, closet or luggage rack to get your things off the floor. About 18 stairs to 2nd level which is a lot for a middle of night bathroom run!
