The apartment is located in Palazzo Vatticani, a historic 15th century building that over the years has undergone various renovations which, however, have not altered some original aspects. It is an elegant palace that belonged to the Plaja family, the family who awarded the title of âBaroni (Barons) di Vatticaniâ.
A solemn wooden portal opens onto an internal courtyard with an original fountain, and next to the fountain is the entrance door to the apartment, from which it is necessary to climb 10 steps to reach the house. The ceiling of the apartment is wooden with restored beams, and the door that divides the living room from the kitchen is original. From the living room three steps lead down to the internal terrace, furnished with table and chairs and perfect for an outdoor lunch or dinner during summer. The living room leads into the kitchen, and from the kitchen into the bedroom. A bathroom with shower serves the bedroom and the living room leads into another bathroom with a larger shower. The kitchen with table and chairs is large and spacious, and equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. In the living room a double sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two more people, who will have a private bathroom that will ensure their right privacy.
