Apartment with terrace located on the 2nd floor, no elevator.To access the house there are stairs uphill. Due to its location you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Addaura Gulf.



The house consists of a large living area, with windows overlooking the sea, equipped with a dining table, sofa and television. The accessorized kitchen is independent and furnished with table and chairs. A spiral staircase leads from the kitchen to the furnished terrace with sea view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. Completing the layout of the house are two bathrooms, one with a shower stall and the other with a bathtub.



Guests are provided with amenities such as iron and air conditioning, oven and washing machine.
