On se gare sur la route côtière, on descend 200m et c'est la plage, ou on monte 55 marches (faciles) et on a la maison avec la vue..... tout bien donc.... « Une maison très bien située près de la plage, proche du centre de Kassioppi. Piscine, barbecue, rien ne manque pour passer des superbes vacances. « Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. « The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. « The property itself is beautiful. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, we only needed hair conditioner. The pool was very clean. The extra shed house is across the street out the gate, not suitable for children FYI. We enjoyed our stay except it was very far from old town, took us at least 30 minutes, we are from the US though, so we are not as accustomed to driving. Tourists attractions within walking distance along with public transportation and coffee shops, groceries etc. You have to stay here to experience this wonderful property, it is what it says luxury...
