He was very quick to help resolve the problem and get us a full refund. I would definitely book with him again with him because of his eagerness to make us happy. « We loved our weeklong stay at this home. The location could not have been better. It was very comfortable and we felt like we lived there. We loved sitting in the screened in porch to watch the birds and boats going by. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities in Old St. Augustine. The trolley station is right on the corner 2 blocks down. If you are coming to this area you really need to stay here. You will be pleased. »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owners were attentive to our needs. We loved the quietness and relaxation of fishing, kayaking and seeing the beauty. I think it would be a good idea to have certain instructions in the cottage. The instructions could include WiFi passwords, door code and/or how the owners would like the place to be left. I have seen this at other properties and it worked well. »

« Very nice property. Loved all the little amenities that were added such as a plug next to the bed water in the fridge coffee a bottle of wine chips. A little bit of a walk to downtown. But doable. Loved the Ice House and the wineries that was open walking distance. Also had a food tour which we met really close to our place also. »
