« Would not check us in. Made my kids sleep in the lobby. »

« Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength. »

« While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch. »

« The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it.
