« What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. They provide bikes that can be ridden along their beautiful trails and a fire pit that’s complete with the makings for some mores. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in maryville. »

« The sound in the rooms was very loud, I could hear everything that was being said in the other room and it really interfered with my rest. The room was cleaned, but not well. The TV was dirty and there was a lot of dust. I like this hotel chain, but I didn't like this one. »

« Great hotel to stay at when you have a flight out at the Knoxville airport. I was able to work comfortably at the work station in my room and got a good night's sleep before my flight out. »

« The complimentary water, snacks and delicious cookies are such a nice bonus. All the staff so friendly. Coffee bar downstairs and breakfast really nice. Super clean with a mini kitchen was great. »

« The property itself was nice, but the room was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a long time. And the caulking in the shower needed to be replaced. There was mold in it. Other than that it was fine. »

« DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review until now. This place was absolutely awful. Roaches crawling on the walls. Stains on the towels. A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room. »

« I stayed there for 3 days traveling for work and I was moved to 2 different rooms because the rooms was infested with roaches. I ain’t even bring my stuff inside. I got videos and pictures of me up at 3 am killing them on repeat »

« The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again. »

The old adage is true you get what you pay for. DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! »
