Welcome to Villa Rustica, a beautiful holiday home located in the picturesque village of Vrana, near the Vransko Lake Nature Park, not far from Pakoštane. This modern villa offers the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and a natural setting, making it an ideal place for relaxation and escape from everyday life.



The villa accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed available in the living room. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready to meet all your culinary desires, a cozy living room for relaxation, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. This floor also has access to an air-conditioned garage, where guests can enjoy table tennis, badminton, and billiards. The garage is also equipped with an electric vehicle charging station, adding to the convenience of your stay.



Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, two balconies offering scenic views, and a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor—one with two single beds that can be joined if needed and another with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and mosquito screens for extra comfort. A modern bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available on this floor. The entire villa, including the garage, is fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.



Enjoy the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, while the outdoor shower adds extra convenience. The spacious enclosed garden features a traditional barbecue with a bread oven, ideal for preparing delicious homemade specialties, and a beautifully designed outdoor seating area that invites socializing and relaxation. Bicycles and quad bikes are available upon request, further expanding your options for discovering the scenic landscape. Nearby, you’ll find Kornati National Park and Krka National Park, ideal for day trips. The closest cities are Zadar, known for its rich history and the Sea Organ, and Šibenik, home to the UNESCO-listed St. James Cathedral.

*** The villa is equipped with a Schneider Electric 11KW EVlink Home wallbox and a T2 cable charger, providing everything you need to charge your car. It's also configured to the charging power to reduce the load on the house itself. While charging, guests can see how much electricity they've used and pay the villa owner for it. The price is only charged at the current electricity market price.
