"Me and my wife and our 4 year old son stayed for a week and we had a lovely time staying here we were out all day but the apartment was always clean and tidy and martins knowledge is amazing would definitely be staying again"

Wonderful family break with friends
"We stayed with friends and 3 young children between us. Adrian and Jenna were such kind and generous hosts. The house was perfect for our families - lots of space and so convenient for all the amenities Ashburton has to offer, as well as local excursions. We had a great stay!"

"The property is in a marvellous position with direct views over the sea. Ten minute walk into Dawlish, 30 to Dawlish Warren.The children loved playing in the pods . We all loved the spa pool. "Everything went very smoothly. James, the owner, was so helpful and welcoming. He made us feel at home immediately. The house is amazing and the pool was such an asset. We had a wonderful time."

"Just back from a long weekend at Torbay Rise where everything for our party (ages from 9 months to 80!) Went smooth as clockwork. From meeting and checking in with James, the tremendous facilities, great location and stunning rooms. Thank you James, it was fantastic"

"We found Robins Victorian Villa through VRBO after deciding to get away for Christmas. We were worried at first. Trying to find a property for 4 adults, 3 children aged 3-6 and 2 dogs. "Lovely property. But you will need to bring your own shower gel or soap, as normally these things are provided In small disposables, but was not here. Paper towels also needed to buy. Parking isn't free, £8 a day in the car park opposite."

"A great stay in this two bedroom cottage. A characterful property house to stay in, located 15-20 minutes walk from local beaches, and a 5-10 minute drive from the centre of Brixham.
