Hollicombe sleeps up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed, making it perfect for couples, small families and relaxing Devon seaside escapes.

Hollicombe is not a pet-friendly apartment, but selected Fiveway Apartments are dog friendly. Please contact us if you require pet-friendly accommodation.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire Hollicombe Apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is completely self-contained and accessed through Fiveway Apartments, our character Victorian property opposite the Paignton seafront.

We offer simple self check-in using an exterior lockbox and private apartment keypad access, giving guests flexibility when arriving and throughout the stay.

Please note that there are steps up to the building entrance and due to the historic nature of the building, no lift is available. The Hollicombe is upstairs on the first floor.

Other things to note:

Fiveway Apartments is a renovated historic Victorian seaside property, so each apartment has its own individual character and layout.

This apartment is not pet friendly. Dog-friendly options are available in selected Fiveway Apartments.

The Paignton Promenade improvement project is upgrading the seafront with improved public spaces, landscaping and facilities. Sea views can be partially obstructed at this time.

Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.

Fiveway Apartments is a non-smoking premises.
