« Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. « I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« It was another warm hotel stay in Whiz Prime Hotel Ahmad Yani Lampung from 18 to 20 February 2019. Very warm welcome came from Mr Alan, Mr Dicky, Ms Febyka and Ms Indri on 18 February. « Foreign traveller two nights. Unclean bedding & floors. Water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor. Shower warm for the first couple of minutes and then luke warm. Poor water pressure from the sink in the bathroom. No daily room service. Air conditioned. Friendly staff. Quiet. »
