Quiet lakefront home to watch wildlife, sunrises or sunsets, paddle, fish or just relax on the deck! Open floor plan and great views. Quality furnishings and artwork fill the home along with many extras. It is bright, connects to the beautiful outdoors and very welcoming. Near everything you’ll need including groceries, restaurants, golf course, and paved trails in a walkable area. Our sweet spot is 28 miles from Ski Area and a few miles from town, Hot Springs and Turkey Springs Trails!

This is one entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom side of our duplex with its own private entrance, driveway, front and back decks. You can enjoy 2 sitting areas on the back deck, along with a BBQ and nice fire pit. Our well-stocked kitchen with a view opens to the living and dining area to keep you connected with family and friends. The gas fireplace will warm you in the colder months while you gaze out at the lake through big windows. Two bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom while the primary bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. There are 2 comfortable queen beds, one twin bed, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. Easily accessible location on a paved road.

Owners/managers live next door in this duplex to acquaint you with the area and use of the lake as much or as little as you like. Our kayaks and a paddle boards are available for your use. You may also fish (with the purchase of a license) or launch inflatable watercraft (no inner tubes) on our private lake right from our backyard. The extensive hiking/biking Turkey Springs trail system is located very close by. Get away from it all with a restful stay at our Lakefront Home for Rest and Relaxation on Pagosa Lake.

The driveway, full use of the home and yard is for our guests. Our garage is reserved for our boat and mower storage. Guests are welcome to store equipment such as bikes, skis, snowboards, and paddle boards in the garage.

Kayaks (3 adult + 2 junior) and 2 paddle boards are available with approval and signed waivers available on site. Note, there is no swimming in the lake per our HOA regulations. Most important...HAVE FUN!

Note: Air conditioning is provided in the summer only by a efficient room unit. We also have cool evenings so opening windows feels great in our mountains
