An exceptionally designed, two bedroom home that includes pool and deeded access to Grape Bay Beach in a highly desirable Paget neighbourhood with beautiful views over the fabled South Shore, Bermuda.

Currently configured as two King bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, the well maintained grounds and views encourage you to never leave home, unless you want to swim in the pool or walk on Grape Bay Beach.

There is a large lounge for TV watching and office area for those on a working holiday. The interior designed open plan kitchen, combined with the large dining area has doors which open onto an expansive front patio and lawn that cascades to the ocean. The large veranda is perfect for al fresco entertaining, lounging on the chaises or barbecuing.

The property is within walking distance of the City of Hamilton, the Botanical Gardens, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, Coral Beach & Tennis Club, and the Pomander Gate Tennis Club. It is close to Bermuda’s best beaches, restaurants and food markets and easily accessible by public transportation.
