🛶 Kayak users must sign our online waiver. Lone Rock and most of Lake Powell are in Utah, which requires the free Mussel-Aware Boater course for every watercraft, including kayaks and paddleboards.

The Neighborhood:

Greenehaven is a small residential community 10 minutes north of Page, right next to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. There are no hotels, no crowds, and no through traffic. As a designated Dark Sky community, outdoor lighting and noise are limited after 10 PM, and we ask guests to help preserve the serene environment (the stargazing makes it worth it).



Other Things to Note:

There is one exterior doorbell camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.



For your peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance for every stay. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances can arise, and travel insurance provides financial coverage for unexpected events or last-minute cancellations.



Bonus for hikers: this property sits inside the Coyote Buttes North Daily Lottery geofence, meaning you can enter the daily lottery for The Wave permits during your stay.
