Welcome to Lake Powell's lovely vacation property! This home was built to give you the very best Lake Powell accommodations. (Please see our new walk through home tour video in the picture tab.) Our custom home (2000+ sf) features 10’ ceilings, travertine floors, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. There is also a fully furnished laundry room to take care of all your washing needs. This beautiful new home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and the open floor plan makes it perfect for entertaining. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bath; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has two full beds (bunk); bedroom #4 (casita) has 2 full beds and private bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the full bath in the hallway. We have 2 master suits located on opposite sides of the home (bedrooms #1 and #4). The casita is attached to the house and has a separate entrance for maximum privacy. This home has four TVs total (a 60'' in living room, two 40'' in master suites and a 32'' in the guest room). The home will sleep 10 people comfortably. For your parking needs we have a 50 foot connected garage for your boat (garage has a 9' tall door for larger boats) and vehicles. This home features amazing Lake Powell views as the lake is only ¾ miles away! The home also has unrestricted views of the Vermillion Cliffs which feature the most amazing sunsets every evening!

The back yard features a very large covered patio which comes complete with patio furniture and grille. The back courtyard also opens up into a fully landscaped 1 acre area for your enjoyment. We also have a front courtyard with an outdoor table and seating for 6.

This home is located in a very exclusive area in Lake Powell’s premiere development called Indigo Ridge. Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac this home offers great privacy and enjoyment. Everything about this home is brand new...furniture, linens, appliances etc.

If you enjoy walking and taking in the amazing scenery of Lake Powell there is a 4 mile looped trail overlooking the lake which begins a few hundred yards from this home. Great views plenty of space
This place worked out very nice for our visit to Page AZ. Christine had great communication and was very accommodating. The home was clean and had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and toilet paper. The home is in a great area with views of Lake Powell. We stayed 6 nights and found plenty of hiking and activities in the area. The Page Rim View trail is just across the street from the house. One suggestion would be to add a screen for the sliding glass door.

Wonderful home away from home
Wonderful time staying in Page Arizona! Well maintained and clean property close to town, restaurants, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. Had everything you could need in the kitchen and all the amenities you would need. Well-appointed! Check-in and check- out was seamless and host was very accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Neighborhood by Canyon Rim
This home was at a beautiful location in Page where you could stroll to the rim and watch the sun set over the canyon and Lake Powell. A nice trail is accessible from the house as well, which we enjoyed first thing in the morning. The house is well equipped for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. I can't speak to the mattresses in the room with the bunk bed, however. We opted not to use it. It was nice to have a garage to keep the car out of sun. The location is wonderful for exploring Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and for accessing boating on Lake Powell. A marina is very close by. We loved LP Espresso in Page for great coffee drinks and delicious food!

Our Stay
We have stayed at this property multiple times and have loved it in the past. This was the first time staying with this property manager. I really rely off of recent reviews so I was surprised upon arrival that the 5 star review did not match the home we walked into. I want to be honest with this review so others aren't mislead. Upon arrival the main bathroom smelled like someone had just went to the restroom and the toilet was not clean. Bathroom towels were stained along with some of the bedding. We found trash underneath the master bedroom as well as the casita. The house was not stocked with enough supplies for the 5 nights we stayed. Most of the time we were out boating on the lake, but I do have a difficult time being in a VRBO that has not been cleaned. It's hard to relax in other peoples messes. When I asked for more supplies I was questioned before getting the supplies needed, however the supplies were restocked that day. At that time I let the owner know the condition of the home upon arrival. There was no trying to make it right. It really is a beautiful home in a fabulous location, but for the price we paid and the cleanliness of the home I was sadly disappointed. I hope this review helps others and the owners take a more serious interest in the cleanliness of their vacation rental along with stocking the home appropriately for the length of stay.

The home is in a great location on the north end of Page with quick access to the lake. The home is larger than it looks in the pictures which was a nice surprise. The garage is HUGE and provides plenty of parking for a large group. The casita was the best part for me.

Lovely New Construction in the Heart of Page
The main house is very well-appointed with spectacular views. Hiking trails are steps from the front door with the Glen Canyon Dam a short drive away (or a longer hike). For larger groups, the casita offers a nice bonus space. Restaurants, stores and gas are also all nearby. We used this as homebase for exploring the slot canyons and Horseshoe Bend. The owner was always readily available via text and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation
A very well maintained and clean property. There were ample towels, and plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking and meals. It was definitely one of the nicer rental properties my family has stayed at. There was a small issue with our door code not working (might have been an issue with the new year), but the owner was very responsive. I would recommend this property to others!

Great Place To Stay While Visiting Powell
The house was clean, well cared for, perfect for a large family! My sisters, family and I stayed while playing at Lake Powell each day. We cooked dinner every night and had all the cooking items needed. The property manager was great with communicating. We would stay again.
