Downstairs to a well-equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, and 2 larder fridges. Dining area with table and seating for 8 people,with Smart TV . Utility area with dishwasher and washer dryer. Double doors to lower patio area and south facing rear garden and washing line facilities. Cloak room with WC and wash hand basin and freezer.

Staircase to:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Twin with pine wardrobe and bedside table.
Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Staircase to:
Bedroom 3 King-size bed with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and wardrobe. En-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.

Parking for 1 small car to front of property: space is 14'6" long, please allow room to manoeuvre when calculating if your car will fit.
*Only applies on stays of 7 nights or more - if the parking space would not be sufficient for your vehicle, ask us about how the Owners are offering to contribute to parking costs for one car!

Linen, towels, pillows, and duvets are supplied, please bring your own beach towels. Bedding will be left on the beds for guests to make up on arrival.

Also provided: one travel cot (twin room wardrobe) and one highchair (utility room cupboard)
Central Heating, Gas and Electricity included in rental.

Pets are accepted at £30 per pet per week but by prior arrangement only.

Arrival 4pm and departure 10am
