A beautifully renovated and extended cottage, boasts gorgeous interiors with a separate spa building with bar. A heady mix of old and new, ideal for beach life and exploring Cornwall.

Beach Cottage is nestled behind the dunes right next to Porthcothan Bay, halfway between Padstow and Newquay. When you arrive you'll find spacious parking and easy access to the property. Designed for modern living, the kitchen, dining coupled with a snug seating area next the double sided log burner has all the benefits of modern living while accentuating the character of the cottage. The dining area leads onto the terrace and garden through sliding doors, bringing the outside in to make the most of the fresh sea air. The other side of the log burner features a snug room and smart TV for relaxing.

Leading off the main hallway, a superb games room featuring a pool table and smart TV with Nintendo Wii U provides a space for entertainment. There are also Sonos speakers throughout the living areas in the property, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with luxurious four poster bed and private terrace overlooking the bay, what more could you want for a slow start to the day with breakfast in bed. Perfect for the family, just down the hall from the master are 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and a twin room (with zip/link option on request) which share a family shower room. Under the eaves at the end of the house is a sumptuous king bedroom and ensuite shower room.

Outside the sunny terrace provides comfy chairs to relax with morning coffee, sundowners or a chilled aperitif whilst the aspiring chefs in your group cook up a feast on the Big Green Egg BBQ.

At the bottom of the garden is the spa building, that has sliding doors to open up the area. The spa has a hot tub, bar and wet room shower and toilet. Great for washing off wetsuits and sandy feet.

Alongside the spa room is a sauna, perfect for chilly days or summer evenings straight off the beach from the gate at the bottom of the garden.

Accessed from the garden, you'll find a 2 bedroom annex (sleeping up to 4 people), complete with shared bathroom, kitchenette, living area and downstairs toilet. The bedrooms in the annex are a king double and a twin (with zip/link option on request).
The annex is priced separately outside of main UK school holidays - to include the annex, ensure you book for 9+ people.
