- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling out an online form with your data that we will have to record, as required by law.

For assisted check-in, if requested, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (3:00 pm - 9:00 pm).

The property is located in the heart of the city center of Padua, a center steeped in history starting from the astronomical clock.

In Padua there are two sites declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO: the botanical garden, the oldest in the world and the fresco cycles of the 14th century, preserved in eight building complexes including the Scrovegni Chapel.

Not to be missed, among the main places of interest in Padua: Prato della Valle, the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, the Caffè Pedrocchi, the market squares and the ancient Jewish ghetto of Padua, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta and the Palazzo della Ragione.

The most suitable means of transport to get around the city center to visit monuments and museums are bicycles or walking. The city is also equipped with buses and a tram line.

- From Venice Marco Polo Airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the E015-V bus (direction Padova Autostazione). Once you arrive at the Padova Bus Station, take the E80 bus (direction Vicenza Autostazione) and get off at the Padova Corso Milano Seconda stop, a 1-minute walk from the property

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 40 minutes);

- From Padova Station, you can reach the apartment in 18 minutes on foot or you can take bus no. 10 (direction Sarmeola) to the Padova Teatro Verdi stop, a 1-minute walk from the property, or with bus no. 6, getting off at the same stop, or with bus E80, getting off at the Padova Corso Milano Seconda stop, a 1-minute walk from the property;

- If you travel by car, you can park in the streets adjacent to the property for a fee on blue lines on the street, unattended and unsecured (along via Milano) or at the paid parking at Parcheggio Piazza Insurrezione (300 meters away) or Garage Milano (290 meters away).
