Hankering de savoir ce que «la maison minuscule« mouvement est tout au sujet? Voici votre chance: cette retraite petite a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances dans "la dernière ville natale de l'Amérique."
L'emplacement est idéal: charmant centre-ville de Pacific Grove se trouve à une courte distance: cafés, restaurants, bistros, galeries, boutiques, magasins d'antiquités, et un cinéma (pop-corn gratuit le lundi).
Point Amant et Beach House Restaurant (ne manquez pas le "Sunset spécial") ne sont que quelques blocs dans l'autre sens, de même que le sentier récréatif côtier (Cannery Row et de l'Aquarium de Monterey sont un peu plus d'un mile away).
Décoré en rouge gai, blanc et bleu, ce cottage compact dispose d'une chambre, une salle de bain avec une douche, et un lit double dans le salon pour couchage supplémentaire. Il y a un petit patio à l'arrière avec une table à manger, quatre chaises, un banc et un barbecue.

Tranquilité au bord du Pacific

La maison est très accueillante et propre. Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire en terme d'équipement, un vrai petit nid douillet. La proximité de la rue principale, les commerces (coffee shop, bakery (cinnamon roll de folie), épicerie, restaurants) sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison. Le point essentiel est la plage de Point Lover à peine à 5 minutes à pied. De là, vous pouvez vous diriger vers Asilomar Beach en longeant la côte, magnifique en ce début de printemps. Jolie petite retraite pour se dépayser. Nous reviendrons dès que l'occasion sera là.

Lovely little place in great location

The house is comfortable and the location excellent, right near lover's point, walk to town, the aquarium, the beach.Everything you need is provided. Despite it being near the most popular beach in the area, it is very quite on the street.

This is a great location, with a 10 minute walk to the ocean, downtown and the Monday farmers market.The house had everything we needed and was quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Pacific Grove

Clean, well equipped tiny house for two. Short walk to downtown and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Quick communication and immediate help from the Property Manager when we needed it. We travel to Pacific Grove frequently and will stay here again.

Great place to spend the holiday!

We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Close to everything and a nice little spot to spend the Christmas holiday. Very clean and well appointed in the kitchen. Everything we hoped for!

Sweet cottage in perfect location.

The Tiny House is more like a cottage or bungalow. Spacious for two people. Nice having a washer and dryer. And a nice full kitchen. Location is amazing, a few blocks from Lovers Point and trail along the bluffs and an easy walk into Monterey. Lots of restaurants very near by. Owner Kyle was super responsive to a couple questions we had. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Family Vacation for Small Family

My wife, daughter (21 months), and I enjoyed a 3 day stay at this property. It’s perfect for walking to Lovers Point and the Aquarium. The property was great, plenty of living room space, kitchen was stocked with the cooking essentials, and the bedroom was great for us 3. Our daughter slept in the bed with us. A pack and play or portable crib would fit in the living room but would likely be tight in the bedroom. There is a small park about a 3 minute walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again as a couple or as a family of 3 (maybe 4, if one child sleeps in the living room).

Wonderful, perfectly located home

Home is perfectly located, quiet area but very short walk to PG downtown and Lovers Point beach and shoreline trail. While called tiny, it is actually spacious and has everything you may need (including washer and dryer). It was clean, gets a lot of light and airs out nicely in the evening if you're there during hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Almost perfect!

Fantastic location--not really even that tiny--clean and comfy and great alternative to a hotel room. Only real issue was the the smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn't overwhelming--but you definitely noticed it each time we walked in. Also--would be great to have a small desk and chair--someplace to sit and work on your laptop. And a mat to wipe your feet on when you come in would be helpful. But those are just nitpicks. If they can mitigate the smoke smell, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed this lovely “Tiny House.” Very clean, well appointed and cozy. The bed was super comfy! Close to the ocean a nice walk up the trail to the Old Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row.

A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION

It was just as advertised, small, but well furnished house with all the comforts of home in a tiny space. There was a little mixup with the code, however, it was straightened out in a few minutes and all was well. Kitchen was nicely furnished for us and included a tea kettle which was most convenient. Towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole it was a success for us.
