Nestled in a quiet, gated neighborhood, the house is just a short stroll to the beach and offers access to a network of scenic trails, ideal for leisurely walks or bike rides. Keep an eye out—deer are a common and delightful sight in this serene setting.

Inside, the home is open, bright, and inviting, providing plenty of space for family gatherings or relaxing after a day at the shore. Step outside onto the south-facing deck, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, unwind in the afternoon sun, or find a breezy summer respite while listening to the gentle ocean sounds.

Single story home. Living room, kitchen, and dining area are in front of the house. Two Bedrooms and One Bath in back of the house.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
