Dory Coastal Paradise gives four registered guests an uncommon amount of room near Cape Kiwanda. Four private bedrooms allow each guest or couple to choose their own space, while the light-filled great room, full kitchen, fireplace, and forest patio bring everyone together. Walk to the beach, Pelican Brewing, restaurants, and trails, then return for dinner beneath the pines. Pets are welcome, and beach gear is ready in the garage.



The Space:

Dory Coastal Paradise makes room for both sides of a group stay: time together in a bright central gathering space and private bedrooms when everyone is ready to recharge.



Tall windows bring the surrounding pines into the open great room. The living area, fireplace, dining table, and kitchen share one connected space, allowing the group to cook, eat, and unwind without separating. The full kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances, generous workspace, and the equipment needed for meals at the property.



Folding glass doors open the dining area to a patio beneath the trees. Outdoor seating and a grill create another place to gather for morning coffee, an afternoon outside, or dinner after the beach.



Dory Coastal Paradise accommodates no more than four registered guests, despite offering four bedrooms:



Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite full bathroom

Second bedroom: Queen bed

Third bedroom: Queen bed

Fourth bedroom: Queen bed



A second full bathroom and one half bathroom serve the remaining bedrooms and shared spaces.



Several upstairs bedrooms look toward Haystack Rock. A stacked washer and dryer support beach trips and longer stays.



Beach gear

The garage stores bicycles, beach chairs, wagons, games, and other recreational equipment for guest use. Availability and condition may vary as items are shared across stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Dory Coastal Paradise, including the four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining spaces, patio, grill, laundry, garage, and provided recreational equipment.



Driveway and garage parking are included. Street parking is not permitted within Dory Pointe, so all vehicles must remain in the property's designated spaces.

The Neighborhood:

Dory Coastal Paradise is located in Dory Pointe, a residential Pacific City community set between coastal forest and the shoreline. Cape Kiwanda, the beach, Pelican Brewing, restaurants, coffee, and local shops are accessible on foot.



Cape Kiwanda is known for its sandstone headland, broad beach, Great Dune, and working dory fleet. Boats launch and land from the sand, carrying a part of Pacific City's fishing culture into daily life along the beach.



The surrounding area offers surfing, beach walks, hiking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, tide pools, dune exploration, and seasonal whale watching. The Nestucca River and Bay add more options for paddling, fishing, and time near the water.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk from Dory Pointe to Cape Kiwanda, the beach, Pelican Brewing, restaurants, and nearby shops.



A vehicle is recommended for reaching the Nestucca River and Bay, trailheads, grocery stores, Tillamook, Neskowin, Lincoln City, Cape Lookout State Park, and other Oregon Coast destinations.

Occupancy

Dory Coastal Paradise is limited to no more than four registered overnight guests. The property has four bedrooms, but the additional beds do not increase the permitted occupancy.



Bedroom access

Some bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.



Parking

Driveway and garage parking are included. Street parking is not permitted in Dory Pointe. All vehicles must fit within the property's designated parking spaces.



Electric vehicle charging

An EV charger is available at the property. Guests should confirm compatibility before arrival and bring any adapter required for their vehicle.



Recreational equipment

Bicycles, beach chairs, wagons, games, and other equipment are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for using the equipment with care, securing it when away from the property, and returning it to the garage.



Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them.



Dory Pointe

This is a residential community shared with year-round neighbors and other visitors. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Coastal conditions

Weather and ocean conditions can change without warning. Wind, rain, fog, and cool temperatures are possible in every season. Guests should observe posted beach notices and remain alert for waves, currents, tides, and driftwood.



Dory boat activity

Pacific City's working dory fleet launches and lands directly from the beach. Give boats and crews ample room when they are moving between the water and shore.
