« This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. « The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies â it didnât show on Expediaâ .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite.
