« We had issues with the climate control system in our room. The staff monitored it throughout the day and ended up moving us to a new room and comping our stay. We didn't ask for anything, they just offered it. We thankfully accepted. »

« Excellent place to stay. Very nice, clean and spacious lobby, room was large and very nice. Excellent fitness center with several treadmills, ellipticals and dumbbells. Pool area is nice with and indoor pool that also has an outdoor section. Close to the expressway (I-44), Forest park and The Hill area and Clifton Heights. All the employees were very positive and helpful. Very nice breakfast with several hot items lots of seating and excellent service. I expect we will definitely stay...
