« This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area! »

« We arrived in Eureka Springs the day after the 2024 eclipse. Spent 2 days in Hot Springs then came north to Eureka Springs. We arrived to this very nice house. Quiet. Well maintained, comfortable home. Could not ask for more. Close to downtown and the Christ of the Ozark. »

« We had a great couple of nights at Sunset Hills Cottages. We stayed in the Reflections Cottage. The hot tub was fantastic at the end of a long day exploring. Sitting out front with the fire pit and amazing view was also very nice. »

« The staff was very nice, the resort is very dated, needs new carpeting updated tvs and phones. Some of the resort was nice clean and other parts looked run down. Definitely need to rent a golf cart as it is spread out. Lake view and patio was nice. Price was good, photos on line are not accurate over all ok place to stay. »
