« We were attending a wedding 20 miles from hotel. They “offered” us a late check out so we could come back and change for the wedding. After we were 20 miles away we were informed by text that we would have to pay $50 for the extra 2 hours! We had to make a quick trip back to check out and get our belongings. If we were told this upfront it would have saved us this trip. After the initial offer for a FREE late check out, they should NOT have tried to get another $50 from us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Great historic looking hotel. Very clean. »

« There was a side place for me to park my truck and 20' trailer. Clean near and quiet »

The room was spacious and comfy with a view of the forest, very pretty and peaceful. Room showed a little wear but was very clean. Bed could have a little less motion...

« My room was spacious. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept and maintained. I didn't like that the toilet in my king deluxe room was very short (low). I'm 5' 4" and husband is 6'. I struggled getting up. I'm sure my husband was very uncomfortable as well! Also, the placement of the luggage carts just beyond the entry doors and registration placed immediately left of same doors with a line of standing people seems like a fire hazard and very inconvenient. I struggled to get pass the...
