The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. »

« The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass. »

« We did not stay but to submit I had to answer all questions that did not apply!! I was told there was flooding from the dishwasher and they had no other accommodations for me! I was fortunate a hotel in the area was available for us 4 but at a higher rate and two hotel rooms verses a place our adult kids could hang out and relax with us. I was told I’d be refunded. The fee was near $300. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back!! Very disappointed!! »

« It was a great experience! We booked for three days and due to the weather we only got to do a few things. I wish we would have gotten a credit or something for the next time we booked. Other than that great experience. »
