« Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay. »

« We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints! »

« My son and I visited Springfield for a baseball tournament and were pleased with our stay at this property. We were close to downtown and MSU, which provided plenty of options for food and activities. The apartment provided a stocked kitchen, including coffee which was nice in the morning and the host was easy to communicate with. Simple procedures for checkout, which was appreciated as well! »

« A very calm, comfortable property. The single-car garage and fenced yard made my choice easy! And Ashley was very willing to take care of a minor accommodation for my disability when asked. She also was always polite and courteous. I stayed here for a mental health retreat, soaked in the calm of the location, and left feeling refreshed.I traveled with a dog and my only hiccup was not with the property itself but not realizing there are two large, loud dogs next door. Just letting my dog out...

« This is an awesome loft apartment in downtown Springfield. It is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The brick walls and high ceilings are very cool making for nice ambiance. It was amazingly quiet! We have stayed at other downtown VRBO's that were noisy as hell, but this was on a quieter street. It was within easy walking distance of numerous eating and drinking establishments. Our host was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We would definitely stay here again! »
