  • Breezy Bird at Ocean View Terrace is truly a unique place. The property has been recently renovated and offers amazing views of the ocean and the Island of St. Barths, Breezy Bird is perfectly perched on the hillside.

    The pool deck/patio offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen area. The villa boasts a kitchen and the living areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire side of the villa facing the pool and ocean is made of sliding glass doors creating spectacular views from everywhere.

    Outside, the pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for on comfortable lounge chairs and a wooden table with four chairs.

    Breezy Bird offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size Mahogany bed and an en-suite custom bathroom with shower. The bedroom has French doors that open onto a deck overlooking the sea and villas below. The second bedroom is downstairs with external access only from the pool deck.

    This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful Caribbean holiday with breathtaking views.

IRE Vacations is the perfect host! Communications were great! The villa is perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Perfectly stocked for every need. Awesome views and magical breeze everyday. I'll be back and look forward to booking with IRE again!

Fantastic Views

Great quiet and cozy villa with fantastic view. The pool is wonderful for relaxation after a long day at the beach. Plenty of towels, sheets, and kitchen amenities. A quick run to the grocery store (or you can have it pre-stocked) and you are vacation ready. Would definitely return!

Amazing views

Home with a great location and spectacular views! Pool was amazing and the home was overall spotlessly clean. We were greeted at the rental car business and escorted to the home. There were a few things in the home to make our stay more comfortable. We were about a 15 minute ride from Phillipsburg, where there are many choices of restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Management company was very attentive and answered any question we may have had immediately. I would highly recommend this property! We will likely be back again next year.

Absolutely Amazing

We could never have had such an amazing visit to St. Maarten without IRE and crew. Cathy was amazing getting us acclimated and actually escorting us to the villa. She made sure we knew everything about it. The team was very supportive. Any asks we had they responded immediately. They let us know things to do, places to park etc. The villa was more than perfect and the cleaning staff even washed and folded our laundry! We will be back and we will be using IRE. Never have we experienced such hospitality.
