THINGS TO KNOW:
-Located directly across the street from the beach, with beautiful bay and ocean views from both the living room and private patio.
-Free parking is available for up to three vehicles between the driveway and street parking.
-There is a window AC unit located in the Master bedroom ONLY. There are no AC's in the open common spaces such as the kitchen, dining area and upstairs living room or other bedrooms.
-Pool/Spa Cleaning Schedule: The spa is maintained on Mondays and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that the tech must enter the home to get to the spa.The tenant will be charged an excessive cleaning fee if the spa has sand in it.
