Step into this marvelous 3-bedroom + 5-bathroom beachfront home in Hollywood Beach! This spacious home offers 2 levels of living space. Enter the home through a little private courtyard area on the left. The bottom level features a living room with a built-in bar area, sliding doors, and a patio with beach access. A full bath and bedroom (1) equipped with two full-size beds are located at the end of the hall.
The modern spiral staircase leads up to the second floor which includes an open-concept living/dining area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a bar which includes a wine fridge. In addition to the master bedroom king bed (2) and bathroom and bedroom (3) with one queen bed.
The home has a 2-car garage with a washer/dryer, bathroom, and a driveway for parking.
Guests do not have access to the rooftop deck at this time.
This location also includes a 5th bathroom located on the exterior conveniently near the patio and the beach!
3-6 month lease options
**Fireplace is NOT to be used!!**
Please note: this property does not have A/C
Pet friendly, $150 per pet fee.
Dogs are allowed on the beach leashed before 9 AM and after 5 PM.
