« I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. « We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

« We had an incredible stay at this Standish, Maine property! The view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. There was plenty of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group of 8, and we especially loved gathering around the awesome fire pit overlooking the water.Each morning brought a stunning sunrise, and the home was stocked with everything we needed, making cooking and cleanup a breeze. « We had a great stay at Ashley's cabin. The location was beautiful and convenient to our son's graduation from Bates College. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable, make food, chat, and sleep soundly. We wished we had more time to explore the lake and surroundings. Maybe next time! »

« We had a great couple of nights here, plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean, worked well, and easy to find what we needed. Great location to drive back to after skiing and we'd definitely stay again if in the area. We all loved the hot tub! »

« We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. »

« The listing indicated Air Conditioning was provided, however, when we arrived, there is no AC. The host indicated that it was out of season for AC so it had been removed. Please note, it is a single AC unit, it is not a window unit nor a central AC. Additionally, the master bedroom does not have any windows to open, so the opportunity to get the breeze throughout the home is difficult. « Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. »

« The home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I liked that that the master bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower and also two more full bathrooms in the home. New technology for individual heating in bedrooms and living room. A warm gas fireplace was appreciated. Plenty of towels available and they smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was well-appointed. All in all a great stay. TY. »

« Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep.
