- We are pleased to offer concierge services - we will shop for your groceries, floral arrangements, and wine/spirits and leave the home stocked for your arrival - additional fees apply!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

- Convenient parking directly at the home
- Our home has a doorbell camera. These cameras will record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note:
No cancellations are allowed for football games (regular and postseason), concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation.
For all other dates, we have a 60-day cancellation policy.

HOUSE RULES
-Minimum Age: At least one guest over the age of 25 must be present for the entire stay.
-Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent to your email for a quick and easy electronic signature to finalize your reservation.
-Accidental Damage Waiver: Life happens! If any accidental damage occurs during your stay, just snap a photo and let us know. We’ll handle the rest, ensuring everything is ready for the next guests.
-Optional Travel Insurance: We offer travel insurance to protect your vacation investment, covering trip cancellations, delays, medical issues, and more.
-Payment Schedule: The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date.
-Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you’d like to request an early check-in or a later check-out, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot make any guarantees.
-No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs/Firearms: Our properties are smoke-free and firearm-free zones.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
We believe vacations are for relaxing—not chores! We only ask that you:
-Remove all trash and leftover food.
-Start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
That’s it! Our professional housekeeping team will take care of the rest, ensuring the property is sparkling clean for the next guests.
