Warm and inviting, our ground floor condo offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath within walking distance of the University of Mississippi and a short drive to the square.



Unbeatable location! This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or game day!



Sleep in luxury. Master Bedroom 1 and 2 feature king size beds with pillow top mattresses. Each of the two masters have a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Soft towels/washcloths are provide as well as complimentary soap.



Open floor plan living and dining area, full size kitchen, and washer/dryer. For your entertainment, guest will enjoy 3 smart tvs throughout the condo to watch your favorite show or sports. Feel free to use your favorite streaming service.



The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, a large patio offers both a dining area and space for your yoga practice. Located on the sunny courtyard side, the patio greets our guest with views overlooking the beautiful trees and greenspace. Assessable directly from condo are trails to walk, run, and bike. Onsite gym and pool.
