« It was clean and quiet. Everything was superb. »

« The room was clean. Staff seemed like they were in a bad mood getting breakfast ready and not very inviting. The breakfast was good, but I was concerned about a sanitation issue because the bread and muffins and other items in that container had no tongs, so everyone was reaching in with their hands. Otherwise it's a nice overnight stay right off I80. »

« Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have some of the cheapest spring matresses you can find. Ours sank in the middle. There was no elevator, and naturally they put us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry everything up stairs. Nothing really stood out as "good" about this hotel. »

« Your staff was great--especially given the Iowa/Iowa State weekend. I had to add a night to the start of my stay, and, whilst it was expensive, your staff helped accommodate. My biggest disappointment with the property is the "fitness center". You guys should invest in, at minimum. a few weight machines. You spent money on a pool---but have NO machines or weights? That was a BIG bummer. »

« Some distance from the main road and no neighboor next to my room so it was quiet and I slept well. The room need to be renovated. Everything is dark and smell bad. Althoug smoking is forbidden since many years, the old smoke smell has not been removed. Armchair, A/C, bedspread and curtains are very old and shall be changed. Lighting is insufficient. »

« Again it was expensive because it was the CYHAWK game but we where put in someone else’s room then when we finally got into ours the TV did not work and no one was willing to help fix it. »
