Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. « Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything. »
