The lake frontage and 11-acre property are shared only among 4 townhomes, so feel free to spread out! Very nice condo unit. Guests on each side of unit were fairly quiet. Beds were super comfy. Has a pretty view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. The walk down to the lake wasn’t bad. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was an added bonus and we were able to park our vehicle inside.

We enjoyed our stay.

We got there on the hottest day of the year and the air took several hours to catch up and cool the rental down. We had to drive to local store and get fans. The rest of the stay was fine. The yard had not been mowed and made the place look unkept. The rest of the property was great and we were able to visit local areas while there.

Property very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. House well stocked with 2 exceptions —- no corkscrew and no toiletries in the bathrooms. Having filtered water in the refrigerator would have been nice also but overall a nice quiet accomadation.

This location on Cayuga Lake is convenient to many wineries on both Cayuga and Seneca lakes, as well as being close to lovely parks and towns. We loved the home with its spacious living area, large well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, bright, totally renovated, convenient!

In town for a family get together. The townhouse is conveniently located just off route 89. I thought the road noise would be a problem but the house is very quiet! Very nice view of the lake on the other side of the house. Good size bedrooms and living area. Well appointed with new everything- linens, kitchen items, furniture, appliances, etc. We had no problem with parking but in the busy summer season that may be challenging. (there is a large area for off-street parking) Owner and management company were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property

This was a short getaway for my husband and I and we were very pleased with this property. It is in an older building, but the unit itself has been beautifully updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room was perfect for relaxing. At the end of the day, we liked sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The central location allowed to visit multiple lakes, towns and wineries. The local area has an extremely limited number of restaurants. So be prepared to drive a bit if you like to dine out. The rental company was great and responded quickly to our questions.
