Although surrounded by trees, some noise may be noticeable from the highway & neighboring properties (although this doesn't bother most visitors!) If you are looking for complete seclusion and privacy, this probably isn’t the property for you.

***Weather advisory*** In winter months, guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Major winter storms can roll in unexpectedly and cause delays or road closures that may make it difficult or impossible to reach the cabin. Reservations are non-refundable after a certain time and guests’ book at their own risk.

Cabin is located in a resort neighborhood with other privately owned cabins, just across the street from Bison Ranch and next to the Overgaard Air Park. Cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and natural forest flora. Deer and Elk sightings are common and playful squirrels can be observed from the comfort of the front porch! Easy access to the main highway and only minutes from several small local stores. Yards do a-join and you will sometimes see neighbors at close by properties.

Doorbell camera located next to the front door facing out records video and sound. Camera is only active upon arrival and at departure. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not actively monitor during the duration of their stay. The camera should not be covered at any time.
