The space:
Cozy and rusticly appointed featuring pine board accent walls, exposed beam ceilings, live-edge wood slab countertops, and hardwood floors. Tankless hot water heater for hot water on demand. Plus, robust and dependable high-speed internet and WiFi for streaming.

The Main Bedroom offers Queen size bed, small dresser, closet, and wall mounted fan.

The Guest Bedroom offers Full size bed, closet, and wall mounted fan.

The Living/Dining Area has a sectional sofa and chair to relax. Stream your favorite shows on 42" Roku TV. Assortment of Games/Books/Puzzles provided for your enjoyment. Small round dining table to eat, play, or work.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, kettle, pots/pans/utensils/dishware/drinkware, oven/range, fridge with water & ice dispenser, as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit. **NOTE: there is no microwave. Heating food can be done via stovetop/oven**

The Yard is spacious 1/3 acre with tall ponderosa pines and pinyon trees. Empty lot across the street and large empty natural lot behind provides woodsy and campy feel with added privacy. Two decks for your enjoyment, a covered front porch/deck and a rear deck. The rear deck has a 4-burner grill and outdoor dining table and bench seating. Plug in the string lights for a perfect evening glow to complement the solar lanterns in the yard and trees. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit (**Be sure to check on no-burn restrictions**) and relax in plastic Adirondack chairs.

There is a Ring doorbell camera at front door.
